Uses:
- pumping water from flooded cellars, bulding pits, mine pits, lower-deck ship stores and water which might damage the pump,
- as an auxiliary device for extinguishing fires when water must be pumped above the maximum pumping height for fire-extinguishing pumps (i.e.higher than 7.5 m).
