1. APPLICATION OF GENERAL TERMS
1.1 These general terms for electronic purchases, hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms," govern all relationships between Albkos Safety™, a company registered with the Kosovo Business Registration Agency under business number 811440908, headquartered at 12000 Fushë Kosovë, Rr. e Pejës nr. 26 ("Albkos Safety™" or "We"), and customers wishing to place orders through the website www.mbrojtjangazjarri.com ("Clients," "Consumers," or "You").
1.2 By placing an order ("Purchase Order") electronically through the website www.albkos-int.com, you unreservedly accept all the General Terms.
1.3 These General Terms apply to all sales via the Albkos Safety™ website, whether the products are delivered to the address specified by the Consumer or collected from Albkos Safety™ premises.
1.4 Albkos Safety™ reserves the right to change and update the General Terms at any time. The amended/updated General Terms will be published on the Albkos Safety™ website. These changes/updates will not apply to orders placed before the publication date.

The images illustrating the products, in support of the text, do not constitute a contractual relationship between Albkos Safety™ and the Consumer. 2.3 Albkos Safety™ does not guarantee the availability of every product listed on the website. Product availability corresponds to the stock level as of the previous business day. In case of product unavailability, Albkos Safety™ undertakes to inform the Consumer as soon as possible using any suitable means of communication.

3. PRICES

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return by Albkos Safety™ through the same payment method used by the Consumer.
